Paul George is having a very solid sophomore season for the Indiana Pacers
21-year old shooting guard Paul George played in 61 games (19 starts) for the Pacers last year as a rookie and he averaged 20.7 minutes, 7.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.0 steal per game. He looked solid as a rookie, but he is stepping up big time as a sophomore for the Pacers this year. George actually grew a couple of inches in the off-season and he is 6′10″ right now, which gives the Pacers a huge edge at shooting guard. He has played in 27 games (all starts) for the Pacers so far this year and he is averaging 31.1 minutes, 12.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game. George is also shooting 43.6% from three point range so far this year, which is very impressive. The Pacers hope he keeps up the good work the rest of the 2011-12 season.
