Offensive MVP: Andrew Luck – 23-year old rookie QB Andrew Luck is having a great rookie season for the Colts. Luck has also carried the ball 27 times for 148 yards (5.5 ypc) with 3 TD runs so far this year. He is only going to get better.
Defensive MVP: Jerrell Freeman – 26-year old linebacker Jerrell Freeman was plucked out of Canada as a free agent over the summer. He has really stepped up as a rookie for the Colts this year. He has played in 8 games for the Colts so far this year and he has 71 tackles, 1 sack, 4 tackles for a loss, 1 pass defensed, 1 interception (one returned for a TD) and 1 forced fumble.
Special Teams MVP: Pat McAfee – 25-year old punter Pat McAfee has played in 8 games for the Colts so far this year and he has punted the ball 33 times for 1,587 yards (48.1 avg). He has also pinned the opposition inside their 20-yard line 10 times (30.3%) and he has 6 touchbacks (18.2%) so far this year.
