The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed 23-year old CB Frankie Williams to their practice squad.  He played in 1 game earlier this year for the Colts in his first taste of the NFL, but he didn’t make any tackles or plays on the football.  The Colts must have liked what they saw out of Williams due to the fact that they re-signed him.  He might get another chance with them later this year.
