Once again, the Colts offense couldn’t keep up with their opponent, because the defense played lousy again. Peyton Manning had a solid game as he completed 21 of 27 passes for 205 yards and 3 TDs. Joseph Addai had a good game too with 15 carries for 100 yards (6.7 ypc). Marvin Harrison had another fantastic football game with 8 grabs for 112 yards and 2 TDs. Reserve TE Aaron Moorehead caught 1 pass and it was a 9 yard TD.

DB Marlin Jackson (14 tackles) and LB Gary Brackett (11 tackles) led the way for the Colts defense. Once again, the Colts couldn’t stop the opponent from running all over them. The Texans carried the ball 42 times for 191 yards (4.5 ypc). The Texans also completed 16 of 23 passes for 163 yards passing.

The Colts fell to 11-4 on the season and they will make an early exit in the playoffs if they don’t start playing better defense.

It will be a pleasure to see the Colts fold up like a pup tent come playoff time.
